I’m 13 stones and 3 pounds.
Have no idea what to eat to lose weight. I’ve just been eating soup and eggs.
Eat a lot of carrots. They are high in fiber which tricks the body into thinking that it is fuller. Carrots also get rid of bile which causes the body to create more and burns calories in the process. I lost 20 pounds by simply eating one pound of baby carrots a day for a couple weeks.
Im doing a charity event the middle of next month and need to get a lot fitter, not only for that but for me in general because im not happy with my body.
Im already doing skipping and a little jogging and boxing, what others can i do- ones that will actually help me lose a few pounds, also how many times will i do this?

You already have the best feature.walking/jogging is so effective.do that for like 30-45 mins 3-4 days a week and you will results in no time.but you can always do floor exercisestry to avoid sit ups there really not that good for you.good luck with the charity event.
