I want to lose weight healthy And how much should i lose? Plz some adice :)!!!!!?

I am 18 years old. I weigh 185 my height is 5′ 7
I want to lose healthy, safe way.
How much do i need to lose? What type of exercise should i do everyday?
How long would it take? Less than a year would be great!
Is that healthy?
Anyway how many calories would i need to eat a day?

Hi Angiee, great question. I know what it is like to need to lose some weight!
Your ideal weight is around 148 Lbs. So you want to lose around 35 pounds.
You can start out with simple excersises like walking every day. Reverse crunches are a great exercise for exercising the lower portion of the stomach and my favorite stomach exercise is the bicycle crunch. It really works!
But you could lose that weight in a year simply by eating healthy. Eat only organic and do not eat processed foods. And is is very healthy to do this
You want to avoid eating excessive processed carbohydrates such as refined grain-based starches and refined sugars on a daily basis. Instead eat quality proteins from grass-fed meats, nuts and beans. They provide good appetite suppression so you can control your calorie intake easier.
Don’t worry about calories as much as jut eating healthy. If you eat the right things you will be OK. But of course even if you are eating healthy you don’t want to over eat.
