I’m not fat, but I am 20 lbs over weight, and I have bulky pars, not m-oobs, but still chub, and I want it to get lost fast, cuz is really annoying me.<BR><BR>I have a slower metabolism, and I have been fat all of my life. I am thirteen, and I want too lose it. <BR><BR>How can a buysy person that dosn’t have alot of time for anything, lose weight fast?

For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn’t get used to it. Also, try increasing the amount of exercise you do every week.

It doesn’t matter WHAT you eat unless you’re on a specific diet such as Atkins, it’s mostly just How MUCH we take in and how OFTEN we take it in. I have problems with over-eating and I’ll eat an ice cream, oh I want another and it’s not b/c I’m hungry it’s b/c I have a craving for it and it feels like I can’t wait. Also, eating out of boredom, try drinking water often to prevent hunger. I also have this problem and especially when I’m exercising. (Try buying a treadmill or a few exercising supplies or maybe you can get a gym subscription) and bring with you in an insulated glass/mug full of ice b/c I always and alot of other people always want a little something to feel like their eating or munching on and this is perfect b/c it’s hydrating and you get the little munch out of it.
Also, how I said about buying some equipment or gym subscription, I’d recommend you buy your own that way you pay a little extra and the rest is free not 1/2 the price every month or whatever. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more). Also, if you lift weights try increasing the amount of weight each weeks or two. icon smile How to lose weight healthy, but also really fast?

First off im not looking for ANY other diet info, just the question i asked icon smile Would halfing what you eat lose weight? … basically im not fat and everyone says im pretty slim, but recently ive been starting to fill out a bit around my thighs. I know I eat to much and do eat unhealthyly. But I also make my own veg. soups and pasta sauces etc.. so its almost a balance i guess..

I am 16 years old, 5’3 and 120 lbs. Most of the fat on my body is around my thighs, butt, and stomach. I want to be at at least 115 lbs (lose 1-2 pounds per week) and get a toned physique, in general. well I’m 5’8 but I weigh 180 pounds, and I know I’m like 40 pounds overweight. I really really want to lose weight, and I have a bet with my grandma to see who can lose more weight by my brother’s graduation, which is at the end of may. For the past week, I’ve been running for 15-20 minutes and then doing a 20-30 minute set of Pilates. I am 5’6" and 120 pounds; I’d like to be 110 pounds. Will running make me lose weight or will it make me bulky (i.e. muscle mass)? I just want a really thin, lean body.

Ive been doing yoga postures for a few weeks now and its fantastic.It makes you feel so much better afterwards but what i cant understand is how these simply postures help you to lose weight.Ive only been doing 10 minutes of beginners yoga each day and already i can feel im losing weight and gaining muscle.

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.

first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..

eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .

if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.

drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster…you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well

Lose WEIGHT!?

I have 2 kids, I’m 30 and I can’t get back to my natural weight. All I want to do is lose 30 pounds. What is the best way, other than watching what I eat and excerise lol…….Is there a pill?
I only eat maybe 2-3 times a day ……I’m not gaining anymore, I’m stuck at one weight. I don’t snack.

I am currently at 5-foot-5 and 157 pounds. I am a 15 year old teenage male looking to lose weight. I was generally an average, regular looking kid as a toddler and child, but soon realized in middle school I had a gained a little fat on me, developing a "gut" as you could say. It stuck with me all the way till now, but it’s gotten a little worse. Between now and September of ’06 I went from 115 to 150ish. I don’t like the way I look and I feel uncomfortable about it in public places. My doc said the main problem was going to bed right after I eat with little exercise and eating late at night. I’ve gotten slightly better about it but barely any improvements. I’ve tried using the ab lounge consistently but little improvements as well. I want to find out how to lose wait on my sides, belly button area etc. Any knowledgable or valid answers would REALLY help me out big time!

I seem to think it’s my lack of metabolism and not eating right. Ways to improve my metabolism if thats the case?

Being a 15 year old male, this is a very easy time to lose weight, as you are growing. My advice to you would be to not worry too much about your weight, and to slowly modify your diet, one step at a time. Like maybe decide to replace soda/juice with water, and nothing more. Then slowly add more things in. Most important is exercise. Go out and play! Find some kind of physical activity that you enjoy! ride a bike, shoot hoops, find a sport you enjoy, dance (ha for some reason i don’t think you are a dancer) , rollerskate, go swimming, etc…..Using the ab lounge is not going to get you anywhere because it isn’t fun and it isn’t cardiovascular exercise, so it doesn’t burn a lot of calories. Not that the ab lounge is a bad thing, it will help build up your stomach muscles, but wont eliminate any fat on your stomach. It you really want to commit to losing weight I would recommend joining a gym. Do you have any friends that weight train? Lifting weights on a regular basis builds muscle (which is very easy for you do do, being a 15 year old guy) and the more muscle you develop the more calories you burn. I found that I actually like lifting weights, I somewhat look forward to it, whereas running, I do, but I don’t like it so much. Your metabolism will increase as you become more active, burning more calories. Good luck, and try to do what makes you feel good.
